You must have Clinical User, Clinical Assistant, or Patient Viewer permissions to perform these tasks.

This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.

View Document

Users are able to view documents and reports saved for the patient. See Patient Compliance and Compliance Report for more information about Compliance Reports.

To view
Document information for a patient:

  1. Open the Patient page for the desired patient. For detailed instructions, see View Patient

    Patient information displays. 

  2. Click the Documents tab.

    Documents list displays.

  3. Locate the report in the Documents list in the desired category and click the report name to open it. Identify the desired report by using the Document, Type, Added Date, and Added By information.

    Selected report opens in a new browser window.

    Note: Documents added by External Services users are displayed in the Documents list. These documents are labeled Document from Ext. Service User in the Document column, and the External Service organization is shown in the Added By column. See External Services.

  4. Review the report information.

    Optional:

    Click the Close button in your browser to close the report.

    Click the Print button in your browser to print the report.

    Click the Care Orchestrator tab in your browser to return to the application.

    Warning: The data provided in reports is only one of several elements to consider when evaluating the effectiveness of the therapy. This data should not be used in the diagnosis of a patient's condition.

    Note: While your report may contain data from multiple therapy devices, the therapy device name and corresponding serial number displayed in the report header represents the therapy device which last reported data in the report.

    Note: All users should be aware of personal data displayed on Care Orchestrator screens, forms, and reports.

  5. If a Secure File is desired, click on the .  The Generating Secure File window displays.  A password automatically generates that should be copied and saved.  Click Download to download the file.

    Note: A secure document requires the password provided in order to be opened. Each secure document will have a separate password that is unique to that saved file.

    Note: In order to open secure files, your computer may require additional software. Examples of these programs are WinZip (https://www.winzip.com/) for both Windows and Mac; 7Zip (https://www.7-zip.org/) for Windows; or BetterZip (https://macitbetter.com/) for Mac.
