Therapy data transfers into Care Orchestrator each time the application connects to a therapy device using a Modem or Bluetooth-enabled device. When Care Orchestrator establishes a connection using one of these supported communication interfaces, therapy data is available and displayed to the patient’s Patient Detail screen.
Note: Equipment, prescriptions, therapy data, and patient activity log entries will be displayed in Care Orchestrator for unsupported devices.
Therapy data can also transfer to Care Orchestrator using removable media through Data Card Utilities. In order for data to transfer to Care Orchestrator using removable media (e.g. SD card), assign therapy devices to your patient’s Care Orchestrator account. When Care Orchestrator establishes a connection using removable media through Data Card Utilities, therapy data that matches the serial number of the devices assigned to your patient is available and displayed on their Patient Detail screen. Patient detail information updates to match the current device settings received from the upload of data.
Note: Trilogy reports and displays are enhanced within Care Orchestrator. See Trilogy Support for more information about additional features for Trilogy devices.
Note: A therapy device must be assigned to a patient in Care Orchestrator for data to be received successfully from a modem.
Users are able to view therapy data about patients by selecting a desired report template, the time frame of therapy they wish to view, and the number of days they want to have displayed on the generated report.
Users can add new therapy data reports to Care Orchestrator by creating their own customized report templates. Custom Template reports are created by adding new System Template reports and customizing them.
Note: Data will not appear in therapy reports when multiple devices record data during the same time period. This overlapping data is displayed on screen, but it will not appear in generated reports.
For more information on report templates, see the Manage Templates section.
Note: If no therapy data is available for a specified date, a message displays indicating no data available and a report is not generated. However, If no usage is recorded for a specified day, a report will be generated but will list the message ''no usage'' for the date.
Warning: The data provided in reports is only one of several elements to consider when evaluating the effectiveness of the therapy. This data should not be used in the diagnosis of a patient's condition.
To view Therapy Data for the patient:
Click the Patients tab.
The Patient search and a list of all patients displays.
Select whether to search by the patient's Name, External ID, Patient reference or Device serial number.
Note: Once the category to search by is selected, that option will remain the default search option for the remainder of the user's login. It will return to the system-wide default upon the next login.

Note: The list of available templates will include only templates that are associated with the listed devices. For example, only Trilogy Detail can be used to view Trilogy data, and Oxygen Detail can be used to view data from an EverFlo oxygen concentrator.
Note: The list of avaliable templates now includes a Create Custom Template option in the dropdown . This option provides the ability to create a custom report template from the Therapy Data Reports page.
Note: The default system Sleep Oximetry report template has been renamed to Sleep Accessory. Existing report templates will not automatically be renamed.
Note: For Sleep Detail Therapy Data, available graphs include, but are not limited to:
Pressure (cmH2O)
Average % in Periodic Breathing
Average CA Index
Average OA Index
Average Hypopnea Index
Average RERA Index
Average AHI
Average Flow Limitation
Average Vibratory Snore Indices
Average % in Large Leak
SpO2 (%)
Pulse Rate
tcCO2 (mmHg)
Note: For Trilogy Detail Therapy Data, available graphs include, but are not limited to:
Note: SpO2, Pulse Rate, and tcCO2 data are provided in the Trilogy Detail Therapy Data via an accessory recording this data, and connected to the Trilogy device. This data is also available in the Trilogy Accessory Report.
Note: See Trilogy Support and Trilogy Detail Report Terms and Definitions for more information.
Note: Trilogy Detail Reports, Trilogy Summary Reports and Trilogy Custom Reports can include reports filtered by device or accessory. To filter Trilogy reports by device, click the pull-down located directly above the Trilogy Report. Select All Devices or an individual Trilogy device, then click Print or Save to generate a new report. To filter by accessory, select an individual accessory from the pull-down.

To filter Oxygen reports by device, click the pull-down located directly above the Oxygen Report. Select All Devices or an individual Oxygen device, then click Print or Save to generate a new report.
Note: An alarm event will be graphed when its duration is available within a download. If an alarm event is still processing on your Trilogy device while a therapy report is created, the alarm will be absent on the therapy report.
Note : Patterns of Use can also be viewed by clicking the Summary tab. Hours of Usage and Oxygen Purity Trend data is not available on the Therapy Report's Summary tab for an EverFlo Oxygen Concentrator device.
Note: Care Orchestrator enables connectivity with the EverFlo Connect Module. Data is transmitted via Bluetooth. To view therapy data related to an EverFlo Oxygen Concentrator, choose the Oxygen Detail report template and click Create Report. The oxygen report shows Hours of Usage and Oxygen Purity Trend data. To generate Device Flow Settings data, click on a day with Hours of Usage or Oxygen Purity Trend data. Device Flow Settings appear underneath the graph.
Note: If waveform data is available, a Waveform tab is available in the patient's therapy data display. When a waveform report is available for that day, a Waveform icon displays in all of the daily detail graphs. This icon links to that day’s waveform report.
Waveform data features:
24-hour data reports. Click on the Date Picker icon to select a full day of waveform data. Dates shown in blue contain waveform data.
Zoom and scroll functions: Click the zoom icons to optimize waveform data viewing. Click on the arrows
to scroll through waveform data. You can also scroll your mouse or use the Page Up and Page Down keys to scroll through waveform data.
Toggle and rearrange channels. Click a channel name (Pressure, Flow, Tidal Volume, SpO2, Pulse Rate, tcCO2, etc) to display and hide waveform data. Drag and drop a channel to reorder it within the waveform data screen.
Usage view. The top portion of the waveform tab displays the entire 24-hour period containing waveform data, while the blue bar represents the current view placement in time.
Inspiratory color-coding. The inspiratory phase of the waveform data is color-coded to match waveforms on the Trilogy device. Blue indicates a patient-initiated breath, orange indicates a ventilator-initiated breath, and green indicates low saturation line for the Pressure / Flow / IE Trans waveforms.
Note: If all data are above 88 percent on the SpO2 graph, the low saturation line does not display.
Print and Save Screen options. Click the print button to print the waveform data. Click the Save Screen
button to save the waveform date. Both options print / save screen what's currently shown on the screen, not the entire report.
Accessory Statistics: The accessory statistics, displayed on the waveform view, show the full-day average, minimum, and maximum values for the Pulse Rate (BPM), SpO2 (%), and tcCO2 (mmHg) (avg and max only) channels for the device data being viewed.
Note: If oximetry data is available, an Accessory icon ( ) displays . Clicking the icon generates and displays accessory data components in the Detail report (when accessory data is present) for the selected day.
Note: The Compliance Summary Report Template shows therapy statistics and device settings from associated devices, along with patient customized compliance summary.
