If you forgot your password, contact your Administrator for a temporary password so you can access the system and create a new password.
Note: The forgot password option is not available for users of organizations enabled for Single Sign-On.
This opens the Forgot Password? window.
A message displays indicating if your email is on file, you will receive an email shortly with instructions to reset your password.
Contact your Administrator
Administrator logs into Care Orchestrator and resets your account password.
Note: Administrators can review Reset Password for more information.
Get the temporary password for your account from the Administrator.
Log into Care Orchestrator with your username and temporary password.
You are logged into Care Orchestrator.
Note: After successfully logging into Care Orchestrator, you will be prompted to change your temporary password.
Mobile application users should consult the Instructions for Use for their mobile application when a password reset is required. Following these instructions within the mobile application to request a new password will initiate the system to generate and send an e-mail with a temporary PIN number, which can be used by the mobile application user to create a new password. The PIN number expires an hour after the email is sent.
