Customer Setup

Philips Respironics creates your customer account and a System Administrator user to give your organization or location access to Care Orchestrator. This System Administrator can create other administrator and clinical users / clinical assistants in Care Orchestrator, but the System Administrator does not have clinical user / clinical assistant access to Care Orchestrator.

Location Setup

The System Administrator user creates users and grants them account access based on specific user roles. System Administrator users can create other administrators and clinical users within Care Orchestrator. Any clinical user can also be given an administrator role, which would give them administrator privileges in addition to the privileges they have based on their clinical user / clinical assistant role. See the User Roles section for more information on individual roles and the associated permissions. When creating these new users in Care Orchestrator, the administrator can assign them to specific sub-locations within the organization or location.

For more information on creating new users as a Administrator, see the Add User section.

Patient Setup

Clinical users can create new patients within Care Orchestrator. Once created, clinical users can assign devices to their patients so that they can start viewing therapy data and prescription information for their patients.

For more information on adding new patients as a clinical user, see the Add Patient section.
