User Roles

Care Orchestrator roles to manage user functionality:

Note: Roles can be combined. For example, a user with Administrator and Clinical User roles would have access to all clinical and administrative functionality within Care Orchestrator.

Note: You must have one of the Clinical User / Clinical Assistant roles and Administrator permissions to share templates with the location.

Note: The Patient Level Rule Administrator is the only role in Care Orchestrator capable of editing Health Rule Sets for patients. This role and the Clinician (Clinical User) (or Physician) role are required to manage patient care. For more information, please see Manage Health Rule Sets.

Each role allows access to specific functions or data within Care Orchestrator. Generally, some roles allow users to view lists of patients that they have authorization to access, and to view all information in those patients' records. Users within authorized sleep labs and physician companies must be assigned the proper roles before they can access patient information. Roles are usually assigned when a user account is created within the sleep lab or physician location by the System Administrator in those locations.

Mask Selector User Roles

When enabled by Product Support, the setting for Philips Mask Selector provides two user roles that are available for assignment to a user - Mask Selector Clinical Administrator and Mask Selector Clinical User.

NOTE:  No user access to Care Orchestrator is provided without the user being assigned another Care Orchestrator role from the table shown below.
