Compliance Determination

In Care Orchestrator, patients reach compliance by completing their required therapy based on applicable compliance rules. A compliance rule is created and enabled by an administrator for their location. Multiple compliance rules can be created for a company, but only one may be assigned to a patient.  Tasks are created for clinical users notifying them when their patients achieve compliance if the option to create a task is enabled in the patient’s compliance rule.

The compliance rule can be configured by the administrator to start the compliance determination using either the First Therapy Date, First Device Assignment Date or Setup Date. This is done within the compliance rule.

Note:  When the  assigned compliance rule has a start date of Setup Date and the Setup Date is modified the compliance status shall be reset and recalculated based on the new setup date.
