After your account's creation, you can log in to Care Orchestrator.
From the Log In page, enter your Username and temporary Password and click the Login button.
Note: You will be prompted to change your temporary password when you log into Care Orchestrator the first time.
Dashboard displays.
Note: If you need assistance logging in, click the Chat support link located below the Login button. Complete the information on the Support Portal to submit the issue.
Note: An external application user account will be locked when login credentials have been entered incorrectly a configurable number of times during a set period of time (e.g., 30 minutes).
