You must have Clinical User,or Clinical Assistant permissions to perform these tasks.

Unassign Devices and Accessories

The Unassign Devices and Accessories feature allows Clinical Users to unassign equipment in a patient.

Note: A therapy device must be assigned to a patient in Care Orchestrator for data to be received successfully from a modem.

To unassign a device or accessory:

1. Open the Patient page for the desired patient. For detailed instructions, see View Patient. 

   Patient information displays. 

2. Click the Equipment tab.

   Equipment section displays three sections:  Devices, Connectivity and Accessories.

3. Locate the device to unassign, and click the Unassign button () located at the right.

   Unassign device or accessory window displays.

4. Click the Unassign button to unassign the device or accessory from this patient.

   Device or accessory unassigned from patient.
