Therapy Data Usage Rules

Administrator users can set usage rules in relation to therapy data for both Sleep and Trilogy devices. Additionally, usage rules exist for Sleep connected and removable media and for Trilogy connected and removable media.

Trilogy Devices

No therapy data - Trilogy – Connected

When no therapy data has been received within a certain period of time (determined by the Administrator), tasks are created to follow up with patients.

Note: The following example shows how to set therapy data usage rule for a connected sleep device, but the same steps apply to all No therapy Data usage rules. Data usage rules are based on patient's device assignment date. On its due date, scheduled therapy data usage tasks will appear on Task Page and patient’s task list.

To set therapy data usage rules for Sleep No therapy data - Connected:

Click the Administration tab.
Administration displays.
With the Settings tab selected, click Rules and Reminders. Click the Rule sets.

Note: To isolate Usage rules, use the filter to select for Rule Type.

Select the therapy type.
Click the Edit button for No Therapy Data - Connected.
Configurable settings for therapy usage display.
Edit the therapy data settings as required.
Choose the desired number of days to repeat the task, if no therapy data is received. Repeat the task for every [x] consecutive days of missing data. For example, Administrators can select 7 for Repeat no therapy data evaluation for a 7 day reoccurring window for continued absence of data. This number can be changed by Administrator at any time.

Note: Once data is received, the rule will run again based on the Repeat Task every [xxx] value.

Click Save to update the new therapy usage rule.
New therapy data usage rule is saved.

Trilogy - Usage Threshold Rule

Administrator users can set Trilogy-usage threshold rule in relation to therapy data with Modems, Trilogy devices and SD cards. When therapy data has been received and is outside of the configured threshold within a certain period of time (as determined by the Administrator), a task is created to follow up with patients.

Note: This rule will only execute when therapy data is received for a patient.

Click the Administration tab.

Administration displays.

With the Settings tab selected, click Rules and Reminders then click the Health and Usage tab.

Select the Trilogy-Usage Threshold Rule, then click the Edit button.

Configurable settings for therapy usage display.

Edit the therapy data settings as required, then click Save.

The Trilogy-Usage threshold rule is updated.
