Send a Mask Selector Patient Invitation 

Note: This function must be set up with Product Support.

Note: Mask Selector may not be available in all markets or for your organization.

The Mask Selector Patient Invitation provides the means for DMEs to invite the patient to access the Philips Mask Selector 2D application, initiate a facial scan and receive mask suggestions that are then pushed to Care Orchestrator.

To invite a patient:

  1. Open the Patient page for the desired patient. For detailed instructions, see View Patient

    Patient information displays.

  2. On the Equipment tab under Accessories, click the Invite Patient button .

    The Mask Selector Invitation window displays.   

  3. Ensure that the patient's email address is correct then click the Send Email button.

    An invitation email, with the link to Philips Mask Selector 2D included, is sent to the patient.

To view existing invitations:

  1. Open the Patient page for the desired patient. For detailed instructions, see View Patient

    Patient information displays.

  2. On the Equipment tab under Accessories, click  the down arrow for the Mask Selector Invitation area .

    If an invitation exists, the entry displays showing the status, which can be Sent, Accepted or Expired.

    Note:  A status of Expired occurs if the patient never clicks the link after 30 days OR if a DME/user sends a new email invitation.

    Note:  If the status is Expired, the DME/user must send a new email invitation to the patient.
