You must have Clinical User, Clinical Assistant, Patient Viewer, or Physician permissions to perform this task.
You must have Administrator permissions to share templates with the organization.

This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.

 

Patient Adherence Report

Note:  The Patient Adherence Report is only available if enabled for your country.

1. Navigate to Reports and Templates.

2. Select the Patient Adherence Report tab.

3. Activate check boxes of desired Filters.

1. Identity filters include:

   1. First name

   2. Last name

   3. Setup date (30, 60, 90, 120, and all)

1. Adherence filters include:

   1. Initial 13 Weeks

   2. Total Number of Treatment Days

   3. Period Start Date

   4. Period End Date

   5. Period Remaining Days

   6. Period Average Usage

   7. Period Total Usage

   8. Period Average AHI

   9. Period % Large Leak

• Previous Period Total Usage

  • Day in Previous Period

  • Projected Usage

  • Usage, AHI and Large Leak

1. Equipment check boxes include:

   • Data Source

   • Last Connection

The patient data displays on the screen with the checked filters.  The columns can be reordered by clicking the Move button.  The report can be exported to a Excel or CSV.

Note:  Patients with Trilogy/Evo as primary device are not included in the report.

Note:  Color coding exists in Previous Period Total Usage, Projected Usage, and Usage, AHI, and Large Leak fields.  Green indicates low risk, yellow indicates medium risk, and orange indicates high risk for Previous Period Total Usage, Projected Usage.  Green indicates good, yellow indicates fair, and orange indicates poor for Usage, AHI, and Large Leak.
