Mask Selector Patient Transfer

Note: This function must be set up with Product Support.

Note: Mask Selector may not be available in all markets or for your organization.

The Mask Selector Patient Transfer provides the means for DMEs to access the patient and initiate a transfer to own the patient when patients are created via the Philips Mask Selector application and mask suggestions are pushed to Care Orchestrator.

To Transfer a Patient:

Open the Patient page for the desired patient. For detailed instructions, see View Patient.

Patient information displays.
On the Identity tab, select Transfer Patient button.

The Transfer Patient window displays.
Click the search icon in the Transfer To field and select the appropriate location. Click Transfer.

Note: Patient Transfer cannot be undone.
