You must have Administrator rights to perform this task.

This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.

 

External User Visibility

Care Orchestrator allows administrators to restrict users from displaying in search results generated by external companies.

To customize external visibility:

1. Click the gear next to your Username at the upper-right of any screen and select My Account.
   My Account displays.

2. Click the Hide from external companies check box to be excluded in search results for external companies.

Note: If the  Hide from external companies check box is left unchecked, all users (internal and external) will be displayed in the company's search results.
