You must have Administrator rights to perform this task.
This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.
The External Authorization feature allows Administrators to give external organizations access to patient records in your organization.
Note: Before giving an external organization access to your organization's patient records, make sure that you have verified that access level appropriately.
Note: When a company is migrated from EncoreAnywhere to Care Orchestrator, user accounts in EncoreAnywhere are set to Inactive. Users can no longer access their accounts in EncoreAnywhere; however, external companies that have permission to see data for the company in EncoreAnywhere maintain their read-only access. If the company in Care Orchestrator terminates their business relationship with the external company, they need to call Product Support to terminate the external company's access in EncoreAnywhere.

Choose the desired Access Level for the external organization.
Note: Access level will change as soon as it is selected.
Note: Authorization changes will be applied to any Locations under an Organization. For example, if an Organization has Sub-Locations and Access Level is changed to Full Access, all of the Organizations's Sub-Locations will also be given Full Access.
Note: Administrators can establish external authorizations between a Location and Sub-location. This allows Philips Services enabled users to access Philips Services patients.
Access Level is updated and saved for the external organization.
