This help topic describes functionality that may not be part of the feature set in use at your company.
The Days Used and Average Hours / Day feature allows Administrators to customize fields that will be added to the patient search results and patient reports. Each option allows users to display the past 7, 14, 30, or 90 day range.
To customize Days Used and Average Hours / Day:
Click Administration, Settings, and Customization. Under the Patient Search and Reporting Details section, set the Days Used and Average Hours / Day to 7, 14, 30, or 90 days.
Days Used and Average Hours / Day are now shown for each patient in patient search results. Days Used and Average Hours / Day statistics are now available in patient report customization.
Note: Default display option for Days Used and Average Hours / Day is 30 days.
Note: If patient was setup within last 30 days, Days Used will display as days used / number of days since setup.
Note: Changes to Days Used and Average Hours / Day, along with therapy data uploads, will take effect after midnight, which is based on a patient’s Care Orchestrator time zone setting.
