Business Agreements

First-time administrative users are required to read and accept Business Agreements related to Care Orchestrator:

Business Associate Agreement - a business associate agreement between Customer and Respironics, Inc., a Philips company.
Care Orchestrator Agreement - an agreement to use Care Orchestrator between Customer and Respironics, Inc., a Philips company.

Administrative users should read each agreement in its entirety. Once each agreement has been read and understood, administrative users enter their Name, Title, and choose to accept or decline the agreement.

Note: If any Business Agreement is declined, you will be logged out, and all users within your location will be denied access to Care Orchestrator.

Note: Depending on your administrative settings, you may also be required to accept DreamMapper and External Services agreements.
