Adherence Profiler™ Tasks

Clinical users receive Adherence Profiler tasks each time the group or the probability changes for a patient. These changes may originate in other systems, but the updates need to be made within Care Orchestrator as well. If a task already exists in Care Orchestrator, the task will be updated.

Adherence Profiler™ Explained

Group

These groups identify compliance risk patients at defined intervals. They are based on an offset between the current date and the therapy start date.

No usage

For example, the 7 Day view displays all patients with a therapy start date 7 days prior to the current calendar date, ignoring the time of day. The patient data shown in the compliance risk views is ordered based on the probability that an outreach will result in patient compliance.

A No Usage task will be created if any of the following are true

· No therapy usage has been received for 4 consecutive days from the setup date for a modem patient.

· Therapy usage has been calculated at 0:00 for 4 consecutive days after the setup date for a modem patient.

· No therapy usage has been received for 30 consecutive days from the setup date for a non-modem patient.

· Therapy usage has been calculated at 0:00 for 30 consecutive days after the setup date for a non-modem patient

Note: The above rules include modem calls where no therapy data was downloaded and no modem calls.

Probability

Probability is a calculated value of an outreach resulting in turning a non-compliant patient into a compliant patient within the first 90 days, taking into account the number of days remaining for the patient to become compliant, and the usage history. Here is what the Probability values represent:

· 5 - Most likely

· 4 - Quite likely

· 3 - Likely

· 2 - Somewhat likely

· 1 - Least likely
