On the Action Panel, click the Add a Task button .

In the Basic Information section, enter a Task Name for the task, click the Escalate option (if available / necessary), assign it a Priority, enter a Task Description. In the Task Detail pull-down, choose between two graph types (Patterns of Use, 7 Day and Patterns of Use, 14 Day) to display on the task details page, or select None to skip this option.

Note: The Escalate option is only available for Philips Services coaches. Philips Services-enabled users can see Escalated tasks with a filter option in the Tasks tab. See Manage Tasks for more information.
In the Schedule Task section, choose a Task Date or check to schedule it based on Setup Date. If scheduling based on Setup Date, enter the number of days to delay the task after the Setup Date. To create a recurring task, click Schedule Recurrence and enter desired settings for Frequency, Every, and Repeat fields.
Note: The Setup Date is not used for compliance calculations. The Setup Date defaults to today’s date and it can be set in the past or future. Setup Date can be chosen based on the user’s preference. Typically, it is when the patient is entered and setup within their system.

In the Patient Assignment section, the current patient will be selected, if applicable. Locate the patient for the task and click the Save button.
Task is saved and assigned to the selected patient.
The Task Assignment section displays who the task is currently assigned to. To update the assignment, click the Edit button. Select the appropriate person under Care Team or My Organization, and click Save to assign the task.
